We’re fans of Valentine’s Day. It’s a wonderful holiday to enjoy each other’s company, and let’s face it – another great excuse to enjoy some beautiful, glamorous food.
To celebrate this year, we’ve partnered up with our friends at Green & Black’s to create this epic Fondue for Two, made with the brand’s trio of Dark, Milk and Ginger chocolates. We spiced things up a bit by adding a little ancho chilli powder, which adds a lovely little kick, without being too hot.

Green & Black’s Fondue for Two
- 1 x 100g Ginger Dark Chocolate chopped
- 1 x 100g Pure Milk Chocolate w/ Sea Salt chopped
- 1 x 100g Pure Dark Chocolate 70% chopped
- 1/2 tsp ancho chilli powder
- 1 cup heavy cream
- fresh fruit to serve
In a medium sized bowl, add the chopped chocolate.
Using a saucepan, heat heavy cream and ancho chilli powder to a boil. Transfer mixture to the bowl along with the chopped chocolate. Let sit for 10 seconds.
